Jack is the real deal. This gentleman is truly looking out for you. We were connected to him to address the restoration needed after some flooding in our home. He was kind, professional, and walked us through everything, and answered all our questions in a kind manner.

There was even a mix up with our homeowners insurance and on the same day that he set up equipment, he came back out a fee hours later at 8pm to remove equipment so we would not accrue charges while our homeowners insurance e gets their act together. He was so generous and courteous. I can not sat enough positive things about this man's exemplary work standard and customer service. I really home to work with hi. Again son!!!

We contacted Restore Serve Restoration when our bedroom ceiling leaked. Jack quickly responded to our situation. He also found another problem area in our walls. He did an excellent job with the water evacuation and removing all the damaged insulation and drywall. Jack carefully wrapped our furniture in plastic and moved the pieces so no further damage could occur. He was very mindful and courteous of our property making sure we could remain it and communicated with us daily. Anyone needing restoration we would highly recommend Jack and his team.
