Orlando was the team lead during the restoration our house needed. We had a leak affecting multiple rooms, floor types, and some drywall. A flooded house is just awful, but Caleb made it the most pleasant experience possible. Not only is he extremely knowledgeable, his customer service skills are rare in this day and age. They took so much care in moving all my things, they even thought to relocate all of my coffee needs to one place, including plugging in the coffee machine so everything was ready for me when I needed it most. Waking up and not having to search for my creamers and sweetening packs meant more than they probably know. I cried tears of happiness for the first time since this all started.
